Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping rate:
  • Orders less than $20 ---------- USPS Standard $5.50
  • Orders less than $50 and over $20 ---------- USPS Standard $7.50
  • Orders less than $100 and over $50 ---------- USPS Standard $10.50
  • Orders over $100 ---------- USPS Standard $12.50
  • Orders over $50 ---------- USPS Standard FREE SHIPPING

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched with in 3 days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

At this time we DO NOT ship international.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason,  you may return undamaged item(s) in their original package within 7 days and we will refund the cost of the item width no question asked.


      Please note:
  • Your RA # is the same as your original order number. Please contact us if you need this number Please include the copy of your invoice with return item(s) as well.
  • We Recommend that you use a traceable shipping service to return you package such as UPS (800.PICK.UPS).
  • As soon as we receive your package and the invoice we will credit your account and notify you by email.
